How long does it take to receive my bear?

Once your fabrics and order details are received, crafting takes approximately 4 weeks (customizable). Shipping times vary by location—typically 3–4 days within Canada.

Can I include special details or labels with the bear?

Absolutely! We offer personalization options like embroidered names, special dates, or a custom message tag. Just let us know when ordering—I’d suggest listing available options and any additional costs here.

Is shipping available outside Canada?
